All orders are sent via Australia Post. Postal service for your protection during business days – Monday to Friday. We do not send any parcel during public holidays. You can select between regular or express service and all of our parcels are trackable to ensure they don’t go astray! To ensure your privacy, – The box is plain – There is no indication of what goods are contained within. Unlike many other companies, we do not see postage charges as a ‘profit centre’ and only charge you a small flat fee of $15, regardless of the size or weight. If your order is $100 or more you will not be charged any shipping charges.
To avoid delaying your order and any disappointment, we may fulfill your order from multiple locations. In this instance your purchase would be split into multiple orders and delivered to you separately. You will receive an email notification with any new order details including your tracking information. In the event of a split purchase please be assured that you will not incur any additional shipping charges.

Free Standard shipping for orders over $100:
Allow 3-7 business days delivery for metropolitan areas. (Remote country areas may take slightly longer) Your order will be processed and dispatched the same day (weekdays only) provided we receive your order before 2.30pm AEST. Any information for delivery are a guide only. Please allow additional 1 or 2 days for shipping with weeks that include local public holidays. IMPORTANT – If your parcel appears to have been tampered with or the seal is broken, do not accept delivery and contact us immediately.
